Richard Looney, Vice President and Director, graduated from the
University of Hartford in 1987 with a degree in Economics and Finance.
He joined George McKelvey Company in 1987 on the trading desk. In
1989, he became chief trader and has headed the trading department
since that time. In 1991, Rich became an investment advisor and in
1999 he became a Partner of the company. He is a registered Equity
Trader (Series 55).
Rich believes that, in servicing our clients, preparation is key. His
thoroughness and attention to detail are apparent in all of his dealings.
He is a member of the Spring Lake Golf Club.
